"Reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land Plot No. 1268, 515, 1072 in the town of Ciepłowody" 1) Description of the part of the contract, if the contracting authority allows submission of tenders in parts: The contracting authority does not allow submission of tenders in parts. 2) The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of an access road to agricultural land in the town of Ciepłowody over a section of approx. 0.505 km – SECTION I. 3) Location of the investment: Ciepłowody cadastral district – Plot No. 1268, 515, 1072. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ, including: a) Description of the subject of the contract – information from the contracting authority constituting part of the SWZ; b) project documentation; c) STWiORB; d) bill of quantities. 4.
