Reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land in the town of Grabów nad Prosną 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the reconstruction of an access road to agricultural land in the town of Grabów nad Prosną (plot nos. 886, 887, 917/1, cadastral district Grabów nad Prosną–miasto, plot no. 221, cadastral district Grabów Pustkowie), i.e. ul. Wyszyńskiego, on the basis of the documents specified in point 4.5 of the SWZ.2. The scope of works covered by this procedure includes construction works related to modernisation of the pavement of ul. Kolejowa in Grabów nad Prosną, including in particular:1) earthworks, 2) construction layers of the road and carriageway with a surface made of a mineral-asphalt mixture,3) hardening of shoulders and entrances with broken aggregate within the road reserve,4) making vertical signage,5) performing all works and activities related to the proper execution of the contract, even if they are not included in the bill of quantities,6) full geodetic service of the construction: setting-out, possible indication of boundaries, and also performing as-built geodetic survey maps after completion of the works,7) all repairs…
