Reconstruction of the municipal road 144015N in the town of Goryń 1. The subject of the contract is the “Reconstruction of the municipal road 144015N in the town of Goryń”. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Preparatory works; 2) Road surface works - carriageway on the existing road alignment; 3) Road surface works - carriageway on widenings and driveways; 4) Shoulders; 5) Earthworks; 6) Preparation and approval of a temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works); 7) As-built documentation in paper form (PDF format); 8) Implementation of permanent traffic organization (purchase and installation of signage). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Technical Documentation, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. An integral part of this description of the subject of the contract comprises: 1) Technical design; 2) Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiORB); 3) Design of permanent traffic organization (SOR) and approval of the SOR design; 4) Bill of quantities - auxiliary; 5) Notification of works with a correction to the notification.
