Reconstruction of the municipal road No. 165002Z Pięćmiechowo – Przystawy 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled: “Reconstruction of the municipal road No. 165002Z Pięćmiechowo – Przystawy”. 2. For the implementation of this task, the Contracting Authority received co-financing from the Forest Fund (Fundusz Leśny) of PGL Lasy Państwowe. 3. The scope of works includes the reconstruction of the municipal road on plot/land section no. 35, cadastral unit (obręb ewidencyjny) Przystawy, over a section from km 0+000 to km 0+831.41. Currently, the pavement/surfacing of the road in question is made of mineral-asphalt mixtures. Road drainage by means of longitudinal and transverse slopes to adjacent areas and to ditches remains unchanged. 4. As part of the task, the following must be carried out: 1) preparatory and demolition works, 2) cleaning and profiling of ditches, 3) replacement of a culvert along with construction of headwalls, 4) construction of structural layers in accordance with the design documentation, 5) construction of carriageway widening in accordance with the design documentation, 6) construction of a levelling layer of aggregate…
