The subject matter of the contract includes, within its scope, the reconstruction of municipal road 184027N Ostrowy – Bryńsk on plot no. 99, 20, cadastral district 0004 – Bryńsk, Lidzbark municipality, Działdowo district. 1) DESCRIPTION OF THE EXISTING CONDITION The existing municipal road is located on plots no. 99 and 20, cadastral district 0004 – Bryńsk, Lidzbark municipality, Działdowo district, and provides access to nearby buildings (detailed alignment in the design documentation). The total length of the section is approximately 837 m. Existing technical parameters: − width 4.00 m with local widenings and constrictions to ~3.00 m − surface drainage − gravel surface. The pavement locally shows a loss of load-bearing capacity manifested by breaks, ruts, cracking and voids caused by atmospheric precipitation.
