TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the municipal road No. 340716W on the Cieńsza – Lemany route 1) The subject of the contract is the investment entitled: Reconstruction of the municipal road No. 340716W on the Cieńsza – Lemany route. 2) The detailed scope of the subject matter of this procedure is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, including: detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, technical documentation (design), the design of permanent traffic organization, and the designed provisions of the contract. Bills of quantities have only the character of supporting documents and do not constitute a basis for determining the amount of remuneration in connection with the adoption of lump-sum remuneration. 3) The subject of the contract should be carried out under appropriate weather conditions — work is prohibited during heavy rainfall, snowfall and frosts. 4) The task will be carried out with the participation of external funds under the Government Fund for Road Development.
