TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the municipal road, Cicha Street in Wilkowice 1. The subject of the contract entitled: “Reconstruction of the municipal road, Cicha Street in Wilkowice” consists in the construction of a pavement/surfacing along with stormwater drainage. 2. A detailed description and the method of execution of the subject of the contract have been specified in: a) design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, constituting an integral part of the SWZ - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that the attached bills of quantities have an illustrative/informational character and may not constitute the sole basis for calculating the tender price. The values presented in the bills of quantities are for auxiliary purposes when calculating the tender price; however, the price offered by the Contractor constitutes a lump-sum price, and therefore it should take into account all outlays that are necessary to carry out the subject of the contract described in the SWZ.
