Reconstruction of the municipal road - Wałowa Street in Mała Nieszawka - Phase I The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of a municipal road - Wałowa Street in Mała Nieszawka - Phase I. The Contracting Authority makes the documentation available on the website of the ongoing procedure. Detailed parameters of the subject matter have been included in the design documentation. All works covered by the subject matter of the procedure and the contract must be carried out in accordance with the Construction Design (Projekt Budowlany), the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, any technical documentation, the bill of quantities (przedmiar robót), and applicable provisions of law. The subject of this procedure is a construction work within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The bill of quantities has an auxiliary nature.
