“Reconstruction of the municipal road in the town of Starowiskitki Parcele – Stage II” The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of a municipal road in the town of Starowiskitki Parcele – Stage II, located on plot no. 18 (land register number), cadastral district of Starowiskitki Parcele (34), Wiskitki commune, Żyrardów County, Masovian Voivodeship. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: the executive design (Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ), the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works – STWiORB, and the Employer’s Special Requirements (Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ), which form an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract. The bill of quantities has an exclusively auxiliary and indicative nature – it serves solely to facilitate the calculation of the bid price and does not constitute a basis for valuation.
