TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of a municipal road in Osiek on plot no. 547 and others. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of a municipal road in Osiek on plot no. 547 and others. The scope of works includes in particular: - preparatory and earthworks, - crushed-stone subbase: lower layer 30 cm thick, upper layer 20 cm thick, - laying paving with concrete paving blocks, - laying concrete kerbs for driveway crossings on a concrete curb, - laying concrete edging stones on a concrete curb, - vertical adjustment for underground installations, - finishing and cleaning works, - performance of ancillary works related to these works. The works will be carried out over a section 0+000.00 ÷ 0+100.00 in local km. Width 5.00 m, length approx. 100 m. The subject of the contract is described in detail by the bill of quantities (appendix no. 4 to the SWZ), the STWiOR and design documentation—scan of the notification; the subject of the contract is presented in the graphic appendix no. 1.
