TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of a municipal road (Bukowa Street) in the town of Dąbrowa, involving the laying of a surface made of YOMB slabs over a width from 3.5 m to 4 m — the total hardened area is 220 m2. The investment includes plot no. 100 located within the land registry district of Dąbrowa, Kaliska municipality. Before starting the works, it is necessary to locate the boundary points of the real property covered by the project. All works must be carried out in accordance with building practice, applicable standards and regulations, as well as instructions and guidelines. The materials should have appropriate certificates and approvals. Works related to surface hardening must be properly signposted, and after completion of each working day/shift it must be possible to access nearby properties. As part of the offered price, the Contractor, at its own cost, must also prepare a design for temporary traffic organisation for the duration of the works — if the nature of the works carried out requires it.
