“Reconstruction of the road on plot no. 77, cadastral district Lisnówko” The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the internal municipal road surface in the town of Lisnówko, located on the cadastral plot no. 77, cadastral district 0006 Lisnówko, municipality of Świecie nad Osą. The purpose of the project is to improve the technical condition and usable parameters of the road, improve road safety, and ensure proper communication conditions for road users and for the properties served by the road. The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation constituting an annex to the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), the Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (Specyfikacje Techniczne Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych), the bill of quantities (przedmiar robót), the rules of technical knowledge, applicable provisions of law, and the instructions of the investor’s supervising inspector.
