Reconstruction of county road No 1162T Słupia - Sieńsko on the section Słupia - Rożnica The contract involves the execution of construction works in the following scope: Reconstruction of county road No 1162T Słupia - Sieńsko on the section Słupia - Rożnica 2.1. Preparatory works 2.2. Replacement of damaged pavement and road subgrade at the edges of the carriageway 2.3. Strengthening of damaged pavement 2.4. Pavement 2.5. Finishing works The detailed scope of works is specified in the offer cost estimate. 3. CPV - Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV45233140 – 2 roadworks The performance of the contract is subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Public Procurement. The Contractor will be required to carry out construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations concerning independent technical functions in construction, and regulations concerning products and materials used in construction.
