TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of county road No. 2051R Humniska through the village in the locality of Humniska The subject matter of the contract includes, in particular, execution of the following construction works: 1) carrying out the necessary preparatory and demolition works; 2) construction of an asphalt concrete pavement; 3) reconstruction of the existing driveways; 4) carrying out works in the scope of road verges and ditches; 5) construction of BRD devices; 6) other auxiliary and organizing works. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by: 1) design documentation; 2) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; 3) bill of quantities— with the proviso that it is only illustrative and informational in nature and should be treated in an auxiliary manner with respect to the design documentation and STWiORB when determining the actual scope of works forming part of the subject matter of the contract; 4) the draft contract—Appendix No. 7.
