Reconstruction of a poviat road No 3710Z in the town of Słowino 1. The subject of the contract consists in carrying out construction work titled “Reconstruction of a poviat road No 3710Z in the town of Słowino”, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law and the implementing regulations. 2. The subject of the contract is defined by the design documentation attached to the SWZ (terms of reference): a) Construction and execution design “Reconstruction of a poviat road No 3710Z in the town of Słowino”; b) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; taking into account the provisions of the SWZ. 4. A detailed description and scope of the construction works are presented in the design documents: 1) the construction and execution design, 2) the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. These documents should be used to prepare the bid cost estimate and the bill of quantities and cost breakdown (Appendix No 8 to the contract).
