Reconstruction of county road no. 3935E in the town of Wola Malowana 1. The subject of the contract is the “Reconstruction of county road no. 3935E in the town of Wola Malowana”. The works forming the subject of the contract include the reconstruction of county road no. 3935E Wola Malowana – Kobiele Wielkie commune boundary, from km 11+930 to km 12+505 with a length of 575 m. The scope of the works includes in particular: a) surveying works, b) construction of the carriageway surface (levelling-and-binding layer, thickness 4 cm, of asphalt concrete AC16W; wearing course layer, thickness 4 cm, of asphalt concrete AC11S) – KR3, c) trimming of road shoulders, d) construction of road shoulders (crushed-stone shoulders). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract referred to in point 1 is set out in: - Design documentation constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ, which includes a bill of quantities, a land development plan, and a cross-section; - Technical specification constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ; hereinafter also collectively referred to as the Documentation.
