TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the county road No 5501P including the construction of a footpath with a pedestrian crossing in the town of Dębno Polskie. 1. The project provides for the reconstruction of the county road 5501P in Dębno Polskie in terms of the footpath. The scope of work includes the construction of footpath and driveway entrances to plots with concrete paving blocks, pedestrian crossings together with a system of tactile surface markings of the pavement along with hybrid lighting of pedestrian crossings, and a bus bay. The reconstruction will be carried out within the boundaries of the existing road right-of-way of the county road. Other elements of the road right-of-way and site development will not be changed. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in: 1) the contract draft according to Annex No 7 to the SWZ, 2) the bill of quantities and the preliminary measure estimate according to Annex No 8 to the SWZ, 3) the notification documentation according to Annex No 9 to the SWZ, 4) the PSORD according to Annex No 10 to the SWZ, 5) the SST according to Annex No 11 to the SWZ.
