Reconstruction of the internal road – Mickiewicza Street in the town of Gomunice, together with the construction of stormwater drainage 1. The subject matter of the contract includes performing construction works involving the reconstruction of the internal road – Mickiewicza Street in the town of Gomunice, together with the construction of stormwater drainage. 2. The subject matter of the contract referred to in point 1. will in particular include: 1) performing construction works in accordance with the technical documentation, including: 1) road industry works 2) sanitary industry works, in accordance with the technical documentation constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 2) preparing as-built documentation (2 copies in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version). The Bills of Quantities attached to the SWZ are for guidance purposes only. Due to the fact that the Contractor’s remuneration indicated in the tender will be on a lump-sum basis (fixed price), the Contractor when valuing the tender should base its calculation on the scope indicated in the technical documentation constituting an attachment to the SWZ.
