TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in the reconstruction of two CZP buildings in Słupsk in order to expand the activities of the Adult Psychiatric Day Ward and to launch a Pediatric Day Rehabilitation Ward. The building decision No. 90/2024 of 24.06.2024 issued by the Mayor of the City of Słupsk, reference B.6740.51.2024.JG, was issued for the reconstruction of two post-hospital buildings (with land registry numbers 374 and 375) for the needs of the Mental Health Centre in Słupsk, together with site development and accompanying infrastructure (reconstruction of the internal communication system together with construction of parking lots for passenger cars, an external water supply installation, sanitary sewage, stormwater drainage with an underground retention tank, district heating, electrical power engineering with site lighting and monitoring, a photovoltaic installation, a refuse shelter, a volleyball court, an outdoor gym, revitalisation of the historical park layout), on plots no. 1062/3 and 1062/4 within land registry area no. 13 at prof.
