TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of a section of the internal road in the town of Modła 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction work consisting in the reconstruction of a section of the internal road in the town of Modła on plots No. of record: 154, 179, 215, cadastral district Modła. The scope of the task includes the following works: 1) preparatory works (surveying works, dismantling of existing pipe culverts, dismantling of the pavement made of concrete paving blocks); 2) pavement (profiling and compaction of the subgrade, sub-base made of cement-stabilised soil, sub-base made of crushed aggregate, sub-bases made of mineral-asphalt mixtures, reinforcing mesh made of glass fibres, pavements made of mineral-asphalt mixtures); 3) driveway entrances (profiling and compaction of the subgrade, pipe culverts, pavements made of crushed aggregate); 4) traffic signage (installation of road signs); 5) finishing works (vertical adjustment of manholes for water-supply and sewage valves, adjustment of existing driveway entrances, profiling of ditches). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Project Documentation – Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
