Reconstruction and adaptation of the former brewery building in Święcice for the purposes of an emergency shelter facility 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of an investment titled: “Reconstruction and adaptation of the former brewery building in Święcice for the purposes of an emergency shelter facility”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract comprises: a. a plot development design and an architectural and engineering design (descriptive part and drawing part) together with decision no. 234/2026 approving the plot development design and the architectural and engineering design, b. technical designs in the following branches: structural, sanitary, electrical (descriptive part and drawing part), c. Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiOR), subject to the following:  in the event of repeal of the standards indicated in the STWiOR, the Contracting Authority permits the use of standards that have replaced the repealed standards,  the provisions of the STWiOR shall apply to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Construction Design or the SWZ with the Annexes.
