TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task under the "design and build" formula, including the preparation of complete design documentation concerning the reconstruction and construction of pedestrian roads and the square adjacent to the southern wing of the former Jesuit College / within the historic urban layout of Kalisz, entered in the register of monuments maintained by the provincial monument conservator, based on which the investment can be realized both formally and legally as well as technically, and execution of works in accordance with this design documentation. 2. The contract is implemented as part of the project "Our Heritage – from Jesuits to St. Joseph", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 program. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (Functional-Utility Program – Task No. 1) and Annex No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (Essential Provisions of the Contract). 1.
