„Reconstruction and adaptation of the restroom in building C for the needs of persons with disabilities (hereinafter „PwD”) and persons with special needs (hereinafter „PSN”)” 1) The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and adaptation to the needs of persons with disabilities (hereinafter „PwD”) and persons with special needs (hereinafter „PSN”) of the male and female restroom located on the ground floor, in the historic building C, entered in the register of monuments under No. A311 by decision of 14 June 1987, located in Poznań at pl. Wielkopolskim No. 9. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works listed in the bill of quantities constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (hereinafter „Scope of Works”). 2) The subject of the contract forms an element of the Project’s implementation and will be co-financed under the FERS programme, Measure 3.1.
