Reconstruction and modernization of an outbuilding into a warehouse for Civil Protection (OL) and Civil Defence (OC) in Zadzim, Zadzim commune The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction, expansion and superstructure of an outbuilding along with a change in its use to a warehouse for the Civil Protection and Civil Defence. The scope of the contract includes: - Felling trees and shrubs - Demolition of part of the walls of existing outbuildings; - Sealing (masonry) the window and door openings; - Construction of footings and foundation chimneys; - Construction of reinforced concrete cores 40x40 cm; - Raising the walls and shaping the direction of the roof slope toward the investor’s plot, and making perimeter ring beams; - Installation of the steel structure of the canopy together with steel purlins of the roof covering over the existing outbuildings; - Filling the gap on axis 1 between the roof of the lower and the higher part of the roof with trapezoidal sheet metal T35; - Striking off (removing) the existing external plaster; - Modernization of the electrical installation; - Making external plasterwork together with painting the façade; - Repairing internal…
