"Reconstruction and modernization of the building formerly used as a Police Station into civil protection and public safety storage facilities" The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and change of the use of an existing building at ul. Zielonogórska 32D in Czerwieńsk into a storage facility for civil protection and public safety at ground floor level, and public utility rooms on the first floor. The investment is located on plot(s) no. 647/4 and 406/3 in the locality of Czerwieńsk, gmina Czerwieńsk.As part of the investment, it is planned to change the use of a building previously used as a Police outpost to:- a storage facility for civil protection and public safety – at ground floor level,- public utility rooms – on the first floor.The scope of the contract includes the performance of all construction, installation, finishing and other works necessary for the proper execution of the reconstruction and adaptation of the building to the designed function, in accordance with the design documentation and applicable regulations.
