Reconstruction and modernization of the existing sports field on plot No. 41/9 for football in the locality of Panieńszczyzna The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and modernization of the existing sports field on plot No. 41/9 for football in the locality of Panieńszczyzna, including the construction of retaining walls with panel fencing, ball-stop nets (piłkochwyty), together with lighting. The scope of works includes in particular: - preparatory and demolition works: • surveying works, • securing the construction site, • demolition of the embankment/side slope on the side of the multifunctional sports field, - construction works: • earthworks • construction of retaining walls, fencing and ball-stop nets, • installation of the sports field lighting system. The detailed scope of works is set out in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and in the design documentation. The bill of quantities has an auxiliary nature. Due to the lump-sum character of the remuneration specified in the tender by the Contractor when pricing, it should be based on the scope indicated in the design documentation and the specifications.
