TENDER DESCRIPTION
Reconstruction and modernization of the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works under the "design and build" formula entitled "RECONSTRUCTION AND MODERNIZATION OF THE ANESTHESIOLOGY AND INTENSIVE THERAPY UNIT", including the preparation of complete design documentation and the execution of construction and installation works related to the task entitled: "Creation of an additional workstation in the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit" at the Poviat Hospital named after Jan Mikulicz in Biskupiec. 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract is defined by: the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ, and the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
