Reconstruction and renovation of a service building in Gdańsk at ul. Lendziona 5B 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment project entitled “Reconstruction and renovation of a service building in Gdańsk at ul. Lendziona 5B”. 2. The scope of the contract includes all works, activities and construction works necessary to carry out the project, including the following elements: 1) reconstruction and renovation of the building; 2) replacement of windows and door joinery; 3) equipping sanitary nodes with taps and ceramic sanitary fixtures; 4) construction/replacement of external and internal infrastructure; 5) renovation of the platform in front of the building entrance; 6) cutting back branches of trees that overhang the façade; 7) restoration of site development and greenery elements with landscaping works after completion of the works; 8) removal and disposal of construction waste. 3.
