Reconstruction and renovation of the residential unit at 22/4a Chopin Street in Świnoujście 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the reconstruction and renovation of a residential unit in a multi-family building at 22/4a Chopin Street in Świnoujście, plot no. 171 precinct 0006. 2. The scope of the contract includes: a) execution of the reconstruction and renovation of the residential unit at 22/4a Chopin Street in Świnoujście (plot no. 171 precinct 0006), based on a valid building permit decision and technical and executive documentation; b) completion of construction – delivery to the Contracting Authority of as-built documentation including as-built surface inventory, all trial and inspection protocols, and the energy certificate for the reconstructed residential unit. 3.
