TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conversion and renovation of rooms 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 located in Social Care Home No. 1 named after Marie Juchacz in Gorzów Wielkopolski 1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the conversion and renovation of part of the rooms on the ground floor of Social Care Home No. 1 named after Marie Juchacz in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The scope includes the architectural, sanitary and electrical trades. 1.2. The subject matter of the contract in the detailed scope has been specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, the bill of quantities, and the STWiOR. 1.3. The contract subject matter shall be performed in accordance with Polish Standards, with the currently applicable provisions of law in the given scope, including the provisions of the Construction Law, the OHS and Fire Protection regulations, standards, and construction knowledge and art.
