TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and renovation along with changing the heating method of the building at 3 Maja 12 Street in Rybnik to adapt it to the applicable technical conditions. The substantive scope of the contract includes: I. General construction works: 1. Renovation of foundations and basement walls, 2. Renovation of ceilings and roof, 3. Renovation of staircases, 4. Renovation of floors, walls, and ceilings, 5. Renovation of the facade, 6. Thermal modernization, 7. Execution of land development works. II. Installation works: 1. Sanitary installations, 2. Electrical and low-current installations. III. Performing required inspections and servicing resulting from the warranty conditions of the manufacturer of installed equipment during the warranty period together with immediate delivery to the Contracting Authority of confirmation of their execution.
