TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and renovation together with a change in the method of heating the building at 12 3 Maja Street, Rybnik, within the scope of adapting it to applicable technical requirements. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes: I. General construction works: 1. Renovation of foundations and basement walls, 2. Renovation of ceilings and the roof, 3. Renovation of stairwells, 4. Renovation of floors, walls and ceilings, 5. Renovation of the façade, 6. Thermal modernisation, 7. Execution of works in the scope of site development. II. Installation works: 1. Sanitary installations, 2. Electrical and low-voltage installations. III. Performance of the required inspections and service resulting from the warranty conditions of the manufacturer of the equipment installed during the period of the warranty granted, together with immediately providing the Contracting Authority with confirmation of their performance.
