Reconstruction and expansion of a building for the purpose of a training and assisted living apartment located at 3 Maja 49b Street in Wejherowo The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and expansion of a building for the purpose of a training and assisted living apartment located at 3 Maja 49b Street in Wejherowo. The detailed scope of work and the manner of performing it are specified in the design documentation, STWIORB, the building’s energy performance characteristics and, additionally, in the bill of quantities. The conditions for carrying out the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the terms of reference, and result from provisions of law. The scope of the contract is presented in Annex No. 9 to the terms of reference. The project is co-financed from the State Budget funds under the “For Life” comprehensive support programme for families (“Za życiem”), under Action 4.4: Creating training and assisted living apartments.
