TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Reconstruction and expansion of the wastewater treatment plant located in Olsztyn, near Częstochowa, at Storczykowa Street. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Part III of the SWZ, project-and-cost documentation, and the proposed contractual provisions (Appendices 12A and 12B to the SWZ). 3. The works must be carried out while ensuring continuous operation of the wastewater treatment plant. The Contracting Authority recommends that in the first stage of implementation, construction works related to the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant (new facility) are carried out, enabling the biological treatment process to be carried out and obtaining a partial permit for use, and then proceeding with the execution of the remaining construction works so as to ensure continuity of collection and treatment of wastewater. The reconstruction and expansion may not disrupt the operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
