1. Pursuant to the SWZ. 2. The delivery period for the subject matter of the contract is established as follows: 1) Basic scope: within 14 months from the date of signing the contract 2) Scope covered by the option: within 8 months from the date of receipt by the Contracting Authority of a declaration of intent to exercise the right under the option (the scope under the option may be implemented no earlier than 11 months from the date of signing the contract). 3. The term for performance of the subject matter of the contract shall mean the day on which the Contracting Authority/Supervisory Inspector provides written confirmation of the Contractor’s notification of completion of the works and readiness of the subject matter of the Agreement for acceptance. 1.
