1. Pursuant to the SWZ. 2. The time limit for performance of the subject matter of the contract is set as follows: 1) Basic scope: within 14 months from the date of signing the contract 2) Scope covered by the option: within 8 months from the date of receipt by the Contracting Authority of a declaration of intent regarding exercising the right under the option (the scope of the option right may be implemented no earlier than 11 months from the date of signing the contract). 3. The time limit for performance of the subject matter of the contract shall be understood as the day on which the Contracting Authority/Site Inspector, in writing, confirms the Contractor’s notification that the works have been completed and that the subject matter of the Contract is ready for acceptance. 1.
