The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and thermal modernization of the social-garage building: 1. OBJECT CHARACTERISTICS Spatial layout, architectural form of the building: building with a plan close to a rectangle, single-storey, single-pitched roofs, with a slight slope towards the north. Architectural form - simple facades, in a rectangular layout, the only height variation – on the front facade side the building is assumed to have two different heights (variation according to the existing state) – 3.76m and 4.11m. The facades have window openings, doors and sectional garage gates – simple, without additional divisions. Building entrances – designed canopy in the form of a glass roof (safety glass) system, on steel cables.
