TENDER DESCRIPTION
Reconstruction and change of use of the building into an OL and OC warehouse (Radostynia 99) – Stage I 1. The contract includes reconstruction along with changing the use of an educational facility building into a warehouse for Civil Protection and Civil Defense. The building is located at Radostynia 99. 2. Scope of works: 1) changes to the layout of rooms on the ground floor of the building (demolitions, rebuilding/masonry works) together with lowering the floors, 2) reconstruction of structural elements (at least replacement of ceilings), 3) replacement of the roof covering with completion of the roof structure, 4) insulation of the building, 5) replacement and modification of window and door joinery (at least replacing windows with garage doors), 6) reconstruction of internal installations (at least changes to the heat source), 3. NOTE: The contract does not include the construction of new development of the usable attic. All works covered by this contract have been listed in the bill of quantities, which constitutes an annex to this procedure. 4.
