Renovation and change of use of the building for the needs of three forest offices and forest education premises - Wymiarki, Leśna Street 7 – Phase II The subject of the task is the renovation and change of use of a building located at Leśnej 7 in Wymiarki, on plot no. 826/3 within cadastral district 0006, for the needs of three forest offices and forest education premises. The project includes comprehensive renovation of the building, including the installation of new damp-proof insulation of the foundation walls, replacement of window and door joinery, and insulating the external walls from the inside. Demolition and rebuilding of certain load-bearing and partition walls are planned, as well as the installation of beams, lintels, and the execution of new floors and suspended ceilings. All floors will be replaced—on the ground floor, above the basement, on the first floor, and in the attic—in accordance with the designed structural layers. Reconstruction of the roof, entrance canopies, and construction of new internal and external stairs are planned.
