“Renovation and change of the use of a building for three forest offices and rooms for forest education” - Wymiarki, ul. Leśna 7 2) The subject of the task is the renovation and change of the use of a building for three forest offices and rooms for forest education, located at ul. Leśna 7 in Wymiarki on plot no. ewid. 826/3 within cadastral unit no. ewid. 0006. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the building, including the installation of new damp-proof insulation to the foundation walls, replacement of window and door joinery, and insulation of the external walls from the inside. Demolition and reconstruction of part of the load-bearing and partition walls are planned, along with the installation of beams (lintels), girders, and new ceilings and suspended ceilings. All floors will be replaced—on the ground floor, above the basement, on the first floor, and in the attic—in accordance with the designed structural layers. The scope includes reconfiguration of the roof, entry canopies, and the construction of new internal and external staircases.
