The subject of the contract includes the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction and change of the method of use of a portion of the first-floor (I) level in the building of the FREGATA Medical Center sp. z o.o. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the design-and-execution documentation, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which constitute Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, and in the drafted contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ.
