TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract consists of two parts. Part A consists in carrying out construction works involving the implementation of a project entitled: “Expansion of the access infrastructure for vessels in Basin V – Phase 2”, based on the design documentation No. 12350 (PRM) / 03.236.2022 (TGD) and the Building Permit No. 45/2025/AN dated 28.04.2025. Part B consists in designing, and then carrying out the construction works described in the functional and utility programme entitled: “Reconstruction of the Romanian Quay, together with the road-rail surface and the supply of vessels with electrical energy from the land at the Romanian Quay and the United States Quay” together with obtaining all required administrative decisions. Both parts, hereinafter referred to as “Subject of the Contract”, shall be implemented in accordance with the BIM requirements specified in the Employer’s Information Requirements for the Project – EIR, constituting Annex No. 15 to the SWZ.
