TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of technical infrastructure together with the development of the site of Warsaw-Babice Airport. The subject of the contract includes the execution by the Contractor of multi-discipline construction works together with obtaining an enforceable decision on permission for use as part of the undertaking “Reconstruction of technical infrastructure together with site development for Warsaw-Babice Airport”. The project will be implemented in accordance with applicable regulations, the scope specified in the Contract, design documentation, the Technical Specification – OPZ and the Contractor’s offer. The bill of quantities of the works attached to the design documentation is intended for use only as an auxiliary document and is for guidance only.
