TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the heating installation along with modernisation of the heat source as part of the project "Public Utility Buildings Modernisation Programme in the Municipality of Świebodzice" The subject of the contract consists in the reconstruction of an existing heating installation together with technical solutions for a heat pump installation in an existing public utility building. The heat pump will use thermal energy contained in the ambient air to produce heat for the heating installation. The investment scope includes the reconstruction of the heating installation based on radiators, steel panel radiators, and the technological installation of the heat source, i.e. a propane heat pump of the monoblock type air/water, supported during peak demand periods by the existing gas boilers. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract are provided in the technical documentation, Annex No 11 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of works covered by the contract is set out in this SWZ, including the designed provisions of the contract—Annex No 9 to the SWZ—and in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract—Annex No 10 to the SWZ.
