TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of an existing building into a warehouse for OLiOC 1. The scope of works covered by this project includes the performance of the following works: 1) Demolition works:— demolition and dismantling works, including the demolition of reinforced-concrete elements, walls, chimneys, sheet-metal flashings, gutters, downpipes, joinery as well as ventilation elements;— removal and management of rubble and waste from demolition works;— masonry and plastering works, including the infilling and re-building of walls, bricking up openings, construction of chimneys and chimney caps, and repair of plaster;— installation of building joinery, including windows, exterior doors, gates and external sills;— execution of damp-proof and thermal insulation of foundation walls together with earthworks, backfilling and compaction of excavations;— execution of thermal insulation of external walls together with preparation of the substrate, installation of battens and corners, execution of reinforced layers and rendering/plaster finishes;— execution of renovation and new roofing, including insulation, installation of PIR boards, roofing with roofing felt, execution of flashings and structural…
