Reconstruction of the existing helipad for helicopters at the Specialist Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Sandomierz 1. Contract subject: “Reconstruction of the existing helipad for helicopters at the Specialist Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Sandomierz”. The investment will be financed in accordance with agreement No. DOI.FM.SMPL.41.LSOR-MOD.2026.422.85 for the granting of targeted funding to co-finance the implementation of the investment project entitled “Modernisation of the helipad for helicopters at the Specialist Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Sandomierz”. The contractor’s obligations also include preparing an update of the helipad registration documentation, i.e. an update after modernisation of the Operational Instruction of the Helipad (INOP) and the Rescue Plan (PR), together with agreeing on the above-mentioned documents with the Air Ambulance Rescue Service (INOP+PR) and with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (only INOP), and then submitting an application to the President of the Civil Aviation Authority for an update of the Helipad Registration Decision. 2.
