TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment task includes the comprehensive carrying out of the investment process, the result of which will be the revitalisation of the property located in Łódź at Piotrkowska Street 50. The contract will include the preparation of complete design-and-cost-estimation documentation for the investment, obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits, and the performance of construction works related to the redevelopment of the front building and the outbuildings together with a partial change in the method of use of the buildings, demolition works, site development, and the necessary elements of the technical infrastructure of the property located at Piotrkowska Street 50 in Łódź. The implementation of the project will take place within the boundaries of the plot with registration No. 404/1 within plot S-1, which is owned by the Gmina Łódź. Connections to the municipal technical infrastructure, façade renovation, and redevelopment and reconstruction of balconies will be carried out within the road right-of-way of Piotrkowska Street, i.e. the road plot with registration No. 536/4, plot S-1.
