TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the basement storeys in SP 4 in Oborniki and adapting part of it for the MDS. 1. The subject of the construction undertaking is the adaptation of rooms in the building of Primary School No. 4 named after UNICEF, located at ul. Obrzycka 88 in Oborniki, for the function of a temporary shelter (MDS). 2. The basement rooms under the central part of the school are indicated as the temporary shelter. 3. Temporary shelters are collective-protection facilities that are construction structures, adapted for the temporary hiding of people, arranged according to the principles specified in Article 102 of the Act of 5 December 2024 on civil protection and defence. 4. Planned scope: 1) construction of an emergency exit, 2) execution of hygienic and sanitary facilities, 3) adaptation of the room for preparing meals, 4) execution of the closure of the entrance to the MDS, 5) replacement of doors on the staircase landing, 6) installation of a ventilation system, 7) installation of an electrical installation, 8) installation of a radio installation, 9) installation of a heating system, 5.
