Reconstruction of a residential unit at Gajdy 3/1 Street in Brodnica 1. The subject of the contract is: Dismantling existing PVC coverings and wooden floor boards on the ground, providing insulation and a concrete floor. Dismantling chipboard floor panels in the attic, installing OSB panels. Dismantling PVC panels, insulating the walls from the inside with thermal-insulation boards. Renovation of the stairs and balustrades in the attic. Insulating the ceilings and soundproofing the ceiling above the ground floor with mineral wool. Making interior plaster. Sealing up and insulating the door opening in connection with the removal of external doors leading to the bathroom on the ground floor. Installing a new built-in (concealed) electrical system (installation of cables, sockets, a distribution switchboard in a box), TV and internet installation. Making an internal domestic water installation using PP pipes, making a sanitary sewer installation using PVC pipes, making a central heating installation using copper pipes, installing PEX underfloor heating (bathroom) and radiators, installing ventilation for the bathroom and the attic. 2.
