TENDER DESCRIPTION
Conversion of a service premises at the Tysiąclecia housing estate in Maków Podhalański 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the conversion of a service premises at the Tysiąclecia housing estate in Maków Podhalański. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) construction of partition walls, door openings, 2) separation of new rooms, 3) installation of a platform for persons with disabilities on the external staircase, 4) conversion of the electrical and sanitary installations, 5) separation of a fire zone, 6) separation of a staircase enclosure. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the design and technical documentation constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ, including construction and technical designs, STWiORB (specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works), and bills of quantities of the works.
